Ride Vine @ridevine November 15, 2016

It’s been a year since we’ve had a glimpse into the future of theme park technology and design. It seems like we’re continuing the trend of VR and theming parts of attractions that haven’t been looked at outside of the theme park leaders

I’ve just had a quick look at the show floor and this year is teeming with exibitors from all over the world showcasing new ride technology and improving on older designs. A large section of the show floor is for theming, architecture, and decorations. This seems to be one of the biggest growths outside of VR.

Motion simulators combined with VR are also seeing some of the longer lines this morning at IAAPA. VR platforms like the one pictured below are also seeing some long lines with people eager to try out new ways to experience VR.
