Muppet-Vision 3D at Disney’s Hollywood Studios has been around since May of 1991. It’s located in Muppet Courtyard alongside Pizzerizzo, and the whole area will soon be muppet themed. Until now the “Grand Arts Theatre” as it’s called now, has been a relic of the early 90’s.
Yesterday various reports online stated that the Muppet-Vision 3-D was missing the large sign on the facade. It was left bare and two banners were placed to the left and right above the entrance.
Last night someone discovered the sign before it was installed today. Although the attraction itself hasn’t ever been updated, the pre-show seems to get a little love by way of synergy whenever a new Muppets movie hits the big screen.

This new sign paves the way for an easy update to the attraction at a later date. For now, it will remain Muppet-Vision 3D, but with all the changes coming to Hollywood Studios it wouldn’t be surprising if it changed.
